I hear you minimus. Apparently though I don't get it and thinking "all lives matter" makes me a racist. But I'm full Italian so I've been called worse my whole life.

When my daughters were in high school I questioned the school board about funding ethnic clubs for African, Mexican, Asian & Armenian students. Thousands of dollars allocated to their clubs each year. Where the fuck was the Pale Ass White American club and why couldn't they get a slice of the pie? For context, students attempted to start one but it was denied as being supremacist or racist.

I also agree with Drew Brees. You disrespect the American Flag by kneeling prior to a football game, I don't care what you are trying to symbolize by using the Flag as a prop. You are wrong. Find another avenue.

I appreciate a little slice of happiness through positive story in these sad times of pandemic, confusion, rioting and sharp divide among humans on every issue. An example for anyone like her to rise from the shameful practice of shunning and the devastating doldrums it usually brings to instead a bright hopeful future. MIT will absolutely transform her life in ways most of us could only dream about.

Boeing, Spacex, and NASA love MIT brains. I hear an astronauts voice in her. Space is our future. We all want off the planet.

You also have a very pleasant and soothing voice. Confident, eloquent and reassuring.

If Floyd had a squeaky clean record, a basic choir boy, community leader, mother hen of fatherless boys...

Would that make a difference to how people feel about the way he was killed? Would there be even more outrage or would it be the same?

Does pointing to his faults act like a salve for people completely disturbed by how he was killed?

Does dwelling on his faults justify his killing for some?

If we were not all on lock down for months and had a million other things to do, like go to a ball game, movie, club, bar, gym, would anyone even care about Floyd? Would these protests even be happening?

Having trouble with parents staying home?

my parents are in there late 60s, they have a net worth of 2 to 3 million dollars and a 2500 sq ft home.

My mom delivers MaryKay and she's 74. Never stayed at home. Refuses to wear a mask.

Strange I mentioned the National Guard and they are now being deployed not related to Covid but instead protestation of the death of another black man under the knee of law enforcement.

Watch how fast this shit stops. With minimal Guard deployed.

Troops follow orders. I relate to and applaud your hopefulness. Let's just hope we never get into that scenario.

Armed Americans may have marginal success against law enforcement. As soon as the National Guard is called in its over.

If the National Guard miraculously becomes overwhelmed then there is the full force of entire military. Wont be riot gear or combat arms anymore, it will be tanks and drones and snipers on every tower.

That officer is lucky he was not seriously injured or even killed. The taser had little effect.

Then after struggling to get control of the knives the officer drops them over the railing into the staircase below where other officers could have also been injured!

Next time, put on the night vision goggles, kill the lights, open the door and shoot him in the head.
